We all live by the breath of God as the essence of our being, this is what keeps us alive.

God is Spirit and is only seen in Its manifested forms. The breath we breathe is detectable only as manifested, not visible to the naked eye. In our image and likeness of God we are Spirit – Spiritual Beings, more than mere human beings.

Regardless of religious affiliations most accept the Bible as a guide to spiritual understanding. Through the bible we are directed to transform ourselves by the renewing of our minds.
